We offer two types of recruiting services:  Contingency or Retained.  Our fee structure is affordable for smaller companies as well as larger corporations with ongoing hiring needs throughout the calendar year.  We also offer Contract Recruiting for various positions, please call to inquire.

 For companies needing us to conduct a confidential search, we offer your Management Team and Board of Directors the use of our Executive Boardroom for off-site, private interviews.  This will allow you to have a place of privacy without your current employees second guessing.  Our 18 ft. conference table will seat over 12 guests comfortably.  You can interview without interruptions, and eliminate the added cost of renting space at a nearby establishment or having to meet at a restaurant

 
Our Staff of Consultants:

Each Consultant brings an area of expertise.  We are team oriented.  Our goal is to fill our search assignments as quickly as we can.  If it requires an “all hands on deck” effort to complete your search assignment- we will utilize our talented staff to get the job done.
 

Recruiting Process:

We screen our candidates by conducting reference checks before we make a recommendation.  We will only refer those candidates that meet or exceed your requirements.
